The H78 tires also work well on hot rods and custom cars, as the 3 inch whitewall provides the timeless old school look. This is one of the widest whitewall tires that we offer! co*ker wide white wall tires feature genuine whitewall construction and authentic deluxe tread designs. These co*ker Classic bias ply wide whitewalls are made in the USA. DOT and ECE (European Union) approved, and backed by our life of the tread warranty.

Genuine Wide Whitewall Tire
This product features a genuine wide whitewall sidewall style. This means that the bright white rubber is added directly to the tire sidewall during initial construction of the carcass, resulting in a truly integrated, high-quality product after vulcanization. Wide whitewall tires were a very popular choice from the 1930's through the end of the 1950's, and were eventually phased out of mainstream production by 1962. Originally, wide whitewall tires featured a bias ply construction, but now co*ker Tire offers them in original style bias ply and modern radial construction.
Bias Ply Construction
Bias ply tire construction is a method that was used from the 1900's through the 1970's on passenger cars and light trucks. Bias ply tires feature ply cords that run at a 45 degree angle to the bead, and overlap in a crisscross pattern, depending on how many ply layers are used. This creates a strong tire, but bias ply tires have a tendency to follow breaks or ruts in the pavement. Bias ply tires are the most authentic choice for classic car restorations and traditional hot rod builds. co*ker Tire offers a huge variety of bias ply tires for many applications.
